    We proudly utilize 100% natural raw cotton and eco-friendly dyes. To preserve the vibrancy and structural integrity of the weave, we strongly recommend gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent, or professional dry cleaning.

    Note: Natural, eco-friendly dyes may gently fade or evolve over time. This is not a flaw, but rather the beautiful hallmark of an authentic, living fabric.

Operations & FAQ

How does Batch-on-Demand work?

To prevent waste, we cut and sew garments only after an order or a wholesale volume is secured. This intentional approach allows us to focus entirely on the craftsmanship of each individual piece, ensuring uncompromising quality. This adds 5-7 days to delivery but ensures zero environmental strain.

What are your delivery times for domestic and international orders?

Because of our Batch-on-Demand process, garments take 5-7 days to be crafted. Once dispatched, domestic orders within India are delivered within 3-5 business days via complimentary expedited shipping. International deliveries typically take 10-15 business days depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We stand by our 45-year legacy of quality. If you wish to return an item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and have all Heritage tags attached. For sizing exchanges, please initiate a request via your Client Portal. Please note that custom bespoke pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

How should I care for my hand-block printed and Ikat garments?

Because we use natural, eco-friendly dyes and 100% premium cotton, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water or dry cleaning. Dry in the shade to preserve the vibrancy of the heritage prints. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.

What is the Heritage Traceability QR code?

Every garment comes with a unique Digital Product Passport. Scanning the QR code on your tag reveals the authentic journey of your garment - from the handpicked cotton source to the artisan cluster where it was woven and printed.

Will a sold-out 'Heritage Drop' be restocked?

Due to our Batch-on-Demand philosophy and our reliance on limited runs of authentic artisan fabrics, most drops are strictly limited edition. Once a specific fabric volume is exhausted, that exact design may never return.

Where are your fabrics sourced and sewn?

Our raw cotton is woven on traditional looms across South India, while our prints are ethically crafted by artisan communities in Rajasthan. All final sampling, cutting, and finishing occur in our proprietary Design House in Delhi to ensure absolute quality control.

Do you offer bespoke or custom sizing?

Yes. For clients requiring specific measurements or slight modifications, we offer a Bespoke Concierge service. Please use the WhatsApp button in the bottom right corner to speak directly with our atelier team.
